You could see it, you could feel it, and it was perhaps a inevitable that it would happen, New Zealand’s leading female motorsport club — GIMS (Girls in Motorsport) — set themselves a platform last year and when they rolled in the Hampton Downs gate this year over 40 cars deep they were clearly there with only one thing in mind and that was to be crowned champions of ClubFest for 2024.
