When you’re building cars for the biggest automotive trade show in the world, there are usually a few ideas flying around. Why not build them all? That’s what Ford plan to do

There isn’t much time left until the 2016 Sema show on November 1–4, and vehicle manufacturers left, right, and centre are announcing their mental builds. Ford takes the cake, as they’ve announced a massive 50 builds ranging from custom rally-prepped-looking machines to your usual exotic paint job examples. Their latest onslaught of renders include Focus and Fiesta projects.

By far, the best render is the Ford Focus RS built and tuned by Roush Performance, which packs 500hp thanks to an upgrade package by the well-known Ford tuning company, who you’ve most likely seen upgrade kits from on the likes of the Mustang model.

It seems there are just as many ST builds as there are RS, with Blood and Grease and Cinemotive Media building them, paired evenly by the Full-Race Performance Focus RS and the H&P RS, which featured rally-inspired graphics.

We already know both the Focus RS and the ST are impressive platforms, as we’ve thrashed the living daylights out of them. Still, you can’t beat the RS for outright performance and ball-breaking acceleration. Out of the renders shown, which one would you choose and why?

I’m leaning towards the Full-Race Focus RS for no other reason than it would be epic to drive on the street!
