After an unforgettable 2014–’15 season, the upcoming 2015–’16 Demon Energy D1NZ championship is set to be even better.
Following the calendar that was revealed at the 2015 CRC Speedshow, numerous other changes have been announced. These include the revised make up of the Pro Am series, the addition of NOS/N02 for drivers in the Pro series, and plans for a Trans-Tasman championship that will feature some of the biggest names in Australian drifting visiting our shores. But perhaps the most exciting announcement is the addition of a wild card 2JZ-powered Toyota 86, which will be peddled at selected events by a variety of drifting stars from the USA, Japan, and Europe.
